Response & Service Area

Depends on where you’re at. Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Laveen most of those calls, a truck’s there in 25 to 35 minutes. If it’s rush hour on the I-10 or a monsoon just rolled through, add some time to that. Dispatch will give you the real number when you call, not a guess off a chart.

Yep, around the clock. Weekends, holidays, doesn’t matter. A 3 a.m. call gets the same response as a 3 p.m. one.

Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, and Laveen are home base for us. Just outside that? Still call. More often than not we can make it happen, or at least point you to someone who can.

You’ll get a text with the driver’s name and an ETA. Running late? Call the same number back someone will actually update you instead of leaving you sitting there wondering.

Pricing & Payment

Base hook-up fee, plus mileage, and it moves depending on the size of your vehicle and what kind of tow it actually needs. You’ll get a quote range from dispatch before a truck even leaves the lot, so there’s no surprise at the end.

No. Something extra comes up mid-job say a winch is needed for a vehicle stuck off-road the driver tells you before they start. Not after.

Cards, cash. Collected once your vehicle’s loaded up or dropped off safe.

A lot of policies cover roadside and towing, and we’ll hand you an itemized receipt so you can file for reimbursement. If you’re not sure what your plan covers, a quick call to your agent clears that up fast.

Towing Services

Light-duty’s your everyday car or small SUV. Medium-duty’s bigger trucks and vans. Heavy-duty covers RVs, box trucks, commercial rigs stuff that needs a truck actually built to handle that weight.

Not exactly that’s off-road recovery. Our trucks come with winches to pull you out of dirt, sand, or a ditch first. Once you’re out, we figure out if it needs a tow from there.

Yeah. A flatbed doesn’t care if the wheels turn or not comes in handy after a wreck, or when a transmission just locks up on you out of nowhere.

Both. We’ve got the right gear to keep them secure the whole ride. Just tell us what you’ve got when you call, so the correct truck shows up the first time nobody wants a second trip.

Purchasing Junk Cars

We buy them up. Running or not, doesn’t matter, if it’s lying in your driveway taking up space, we’ll make an offer and truck it off the same day in most situations.

Depends on the weight, the metal market that week, and if the title’s clean. We’ll offer you a number over the phone after you describe the car, and that’s generally the figure you are paid.

No. Missing engine, blown transmission, fractured frame, none of that rules it out. We’ve purchased worse.

Clean title is the quickest, but we can usually figure something out without it. Ask when you call and we’ll guide you through what’s required.

Yes, hauling it away is part of the agreement. We aren’t being paid to take an automobile that we’re paying you for anyhow.

Assistance on the Road

That’s a fast one for us. Usually a specialist will be able to unlock your door without damaging the lock or door frame.

Yeah, it’s usually quicker than towing. Some of our vehicles also have replacements if the battery is plain old and doesn’t hold a charge any more.

Yup. We’ll put enough gas in to get you to the next station. No need to walk anywhere in the heat.
